Provide oversight regarding the expenditures and finances of the association. To present the financial status to the board and general membership. The Treasurer is by default as the chair of this committee.

Develops and assembles workshops, webinars, and seminars covering trending legal issues, updates in service of process, and operational best practices.

Manages the lifecycle of the association's members, ensuring growth, vetting, and engagement. Also evaluates new applications to verify that applicants meet membership criteria.

Investigates and resolves ethical complaints, member disputes, and code-of-conduct violations.
